About Me
My name is Kelsey Woods and I am a junior at Northview High School. I play the piano and sing and row at St. Andrew’s Rowing club.
I chose the genre Modernism and F. Scott Fitzgerald for my multi-genre portfolio. In my research I answered the question of what influenced Fitzgerald’s writing and how the time period he lived in had such a crucial affect on his writing as well. For the creative portion, my short story includes 4 main elements of modernistic literature. These 4 elements are as follows, Pessimism, alienation, stream of consciousness, and dislocation of meaning.
